Privacy of Policy Smash Fest 3D Puzzle Game

Last updated: October 8, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Smash Fest 3D Puzzle Game (also shown on Google Play and the App Store as «Smash Fest: Cannon Knock Down», «the Game»), developed by Antonio Alcalá (Villares Games), collects and uses information on Android and on iPhone (iOS). It applies from version 1.1 of the Game on Android and from version 1.0 on iOS.

Summary

  • The Game does not require an account and does not ask for your name, email, phone number, contacts or photos.
  • We do not sell your personal data.
  • The Game shows ads (Google AdMob) and uses Google Firebase to understand how the Game is played, to detect crashes and to adjust some settings remotely.
  • Purchases are processed by Google Play (Android) or the App Store (iOS). We never receive your payment details.
  • Your progress, coins, boosters and lives are saved only on your device. There is no cloud save.
  • The Game does not use Facebook or any other social network login.

Information collected

1. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The Game shows interstitial, app-open and rewarded video ads provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect:

  • the advertising identifier of your device (Advertising ID on Android; on iPhone, the IDFA, only if you allow tracking),
  • IP address and approximate location derived from it,
  • device information (model, operating system, language) and
  • information about the ads you see and interact with.

This information is used to show ads, measure them, prevent fraud and, if you allow it, show personalized ads.

EEA, UK and Switzerland: you are asked for consent through Google’s consent message (User Messaging Platform) the first time you open the Game. You can change your choice at any time from the privacy option in the Game’s Settings.

iPhone (App Tracking Transparency): on iPhone, the Game asks for your permission (Apple’s tracking prompt, after Google’s consent message where it applies) before the IDFA can be used. If you choose «Ask App Not to Track», the IDFA is not used and you may still see non-personalized ads. You can change this at any time in Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking.

The optional «Remove Ads» purchase (also included in the «No Ads Bundle») removes interstitial and app-open ads. Rewarded videos stay available, but you only watch them if you choose to (for example, to double your coins or get an extra life).

2. Analytics, crash reports and remote settings (Google Firebase)

We use Google Firebase to know how the Game is used, to fix problems and to adjust some settings without publishing a new version:

  • Firebase Analytics collects an app instance identifier, device information (model, operating system, language, country) and usage events, such as levels started, completed or failed (level number and name), boosters used, lives used, daily rewards collected, ads watched, coins earned and spent and purchases made (product and amount, without any payment details). It also stores two user properties: the highest level reached and whether a purchase has been made.
  • Firebase Crashlytics collects crash reports when the Game closes unexpectedly: the state of the device at that moment (model, operating system, free memory), the technical details of the error and an installation identifier.
  • Firebase Remote Config downloads game settings (for example, how often ads are shown or the size of some rewards) using an installation identifier.

This data is not used to identify you personally. In the EEA, UK and Switzerland, the consent you give in the consent message is also passed to Firebase Analytics.

3. In-app purchases (Google Play Billing and App Store)

The Game offers optional purchases: coin packs, «Remove Ads» and the «No Ads Bundle» (Remove Ads + coins + boosters). They are processed entirely by Google Play (Android) or Apple’s App Store (iOS) under their own terms and privacy policies. We only receive confirmation of the purchase so the Game can deliver what you bought and restore «Remove Ads» and the «No Ads Bundle» if you reinstall the Game.

4. Ratings (Google Play In-App Review and App Store)

From time to time the Game may invite you to rate it using Google Play’s in-app review dialog (Android) or Apple’s rating dialog (iOS). The dialog is shown and handled by Google Play or Apple; the Game does not receive your rating or review and only remembers that the invitation was shown.

5. Notifications

If you allow notifications, the Game schedules local reminders on your device, for example when your daily reward is ready. These reminders are created on your device, are not sent through any server and do not require personal data. You can turn them off at any time in your device settings.

6. Data stored on your device

Your progress, coins, boosters, lives, daily reward and settings (sound, music, vibration) are saved only on your device. There is no account and no cloud backup, so this data is not sent to us. If you delete the Game, this data is deleted too.

Children

The Game is rated for all ages, but it is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Data retention

We do not keep personal data on our own servers.

  • Analytics data is kept by Firebase for a maximum of 14 months.
  • Crash reports are kept by Firebase Crashlytics for 90 days.
  • Advertising data is kept by Google according to its own policies.

Security

All communication between the Game and Google services uses encrypted connections (HTTPS).

Your rights and how to delete your data

Depending on where you live (for example, under the GDPR in the European Union), you have the right to access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your data. You can also withdraw your consent at any time:

  • Ads consent: from the privacy option in the Game’s Settings.
  • Advertising ID (Android): in your device’s Settings › Google › Ads (reset or delete the Advertising ID).
  • iPhone tracking: in Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking (turn off tracking for the Game).
  • Data on your device: uninstall the Game (on Android you can also clear its data in Settings › Apps).

To exercise any right or to ask us to delete the analytics data linked to your installation, write to villaresstudio@gmail.com. As there is no account, we do not know who you are: we will reply explaining which information we need to find the data of your installation.

Changes

We may update this policy when the Game changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
