Privacy of Policy Driftap One Tap Drift

Driftap: One Tap Drift («Driftap», «the app») is a mobile game developed by Villares Games («we», «us»). This policy explains what information is collected when you play Driftap, why, and the choices you have.

Summary

  • We do not ask for your name, email, phone number or any account. Driftap has no login.
  • Your game progress (best score, coins, unlocked cars, settings) is stored only on your device.
  • The app shows ads through Google AdMob. Google may collect device and usage data to show and measure ads, as described below.
  • Purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We never see or store your payment details.

Information stored on your device

Driftap saves your game progress and settings locally on your device (best score, distance, coins, unlocked cars and smoke colors, missions, daily challenge result, sound/music/vibration preferences and whether you removed ads). This data is not sent to us. Deleting the app deletes it.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

Driftap uses Google AdMob, operated by Google LLC, to show rewarded videos (which you choose to watch) and interstitial ads. To serve, limit, measure and prevent fraud in ads, AdMob may collect:

  • Device identifiers, including the advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, Advertising ID on Android)
  • IP address and approximate location derived from it
  • Device and app information (model, operating system, app version, language)
  • Ad interactions (impressions, clicks, video completion)
  • Diagnostic and performance data

Your choices:

  • Consent (EEA, UK, Switzerland and US states with privacy laws): the first time you open Driftap, a consent message from Google’s User Messaging Platform lets you accept or refuse personalized ads. You can change your choice at any time in Settings > Privacy inside the game.
  • App Tracking Transparency (iOS): Driftap asks for your permission before using the IDFA. If you decline, you will still see ads, but they will not be personalized using the IDFA. You can change this in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
  • Android: you can reset or delete your Advertising ID in your device’s Google settings.
  • Removing ads: the «Remove ads» or «Starter Pack» purchase stops interstitial ads. Rewarded videos stay available but are always optional.

In-app purchases

Purchases (Remove ads, Starter Pack, coin packs) are handled entirely by Apple or Google. We receive only a confirmation that the purchase was completed, which the app uses to unlock the content. We do not receive or store your name, payment card or billing details.

Unity

Driftap is built with Unity. Unity’s in-app purchasing service may process technical data (such as device type, operating system and app version) to validate purchases and keep the service working.

Children

Driftap is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, contact us and we will help remove it.

Data retention and deletion

We do not hold personal data about you on our own servers. Game progress lives on your device and is removed when you uninstall the app. To ask Google to delete advertising data, use the controls described above or Google’s privacy tools. For any request, contact us below.

Security

Communication with Google and the app stores uses encrypted connections (HTTPS).

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the effective date above. Significant changes will also be noted in the app’s store listing.
